ICRR applications must be opened by the person named on the report — not by an employer ordering for staff.
You can apply if you are
- An individual / employee needing an ICRR in your own name
- Applying for overseas work, a visa, or a regulated role
- Able to complete identity and application details yourself
You cannot use this service if you are
- An employer trying to order reports for candidates or employees
- An agency submitting bulk applications on behalf of others
- Requesting a report in someone else’s name
One applicant per file. The person named on the ICRR must submit the application.
